Our Core
We as a ministry realize that people come from different places, denominations, and experiences and our desire is to experience the power and the glory of the Father. So to help maintain our unity, tone, and trajectory, we developed 5 core values as a church that make us unique and authentic.
Worship

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul and mind. This is the first and most important commandment.” (Matt 22:37)
We at LCM believe that worship is one of the most essential parts to a full Christian life. We understand that we were created o worship and honor God. We understand that worship is more than singing songs, but it is an authentic and deliberate attempt to touch the very heart of the Father. The Westminister Catechism states: “Man’s chief end is to glorify God, and to enjoy Him for ever.”
Intercession
“Therefore I Exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority…” (1 Tim. 2:1-2)
We at LCM view our responsibility in the body of Christ as important. We understand that our role is to produce ‘God’s will’ in the earth, and therefore we take prayer seriously. We believe that intercession is more than prayer – it is engaging God on behalf of the world we live in. As a church we realize praying the will of God in the earth causes transformation and releases the glory and favor of God.
Evangelism
“Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you… and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem and in Samaria and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” (Matt 28:19-20; Acts 1:8b)
We at LCM take heed to the ‘great commission’ that was given to the church. We encourage our members whether through individual or group efforts to share the “Good News of Jesus Christ.”
Ministering
“The second most important is to love others as much as you love yourself.” (Matt 22:39)
We at LCM believe it is essential for us as believers to minister to those who need it. Throughout the gospels we see Jesus ministering to those whom He saw in crisis; so as followers of Christ Jesus we should carry on the work of the Savior.
Equipping
“And He [Jesus] Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ…” (Ephesians 4:11, 12)
We at LCM believe that it is our role to offer instruction in every area of life, to cause the believer to be balanced and effective as we establish the kingdom of God on the earth. We believe that a prepared believer is a successful believer, and a productive member of the body of Christ.
